Emerging Technologies and Engineering Journal (ETEJ) is a bi-annual academic journal published by EngiScience Publisher. ETEJ is an international, multi-disciplinary journal that publishes original research articles and review articles in all technologies, machine learning, computer science, and engineering areas. ETEJ is a double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access journal with a Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 (CC BY- 4.0). ETEJ provides immediate, worldwide, barrier-free access to the full text of research articles without requiring a subscription to the journal. It applies the highest standards to everything it does and adopts IEEE citation and referencing styles.

ETEJ utilizes the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS systems to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.
