The Emerging Technologies and Engineering Journal (ETEJ) is a semi-annual academic journal published by EngiScience Publisher. ETEJ is an international, multi-disciplinary journal that publishes original research and review articles in technology, machine learning, computer science, and engineering. It is a double-blind, peer-reviewed, open-access journal operating under the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). ETEJ provides immediate, worldwide, barrier-free access to the full text of its articles without requiring a subscription. The journal adheres to the highest standards of academic publishing and follows the IEEE citation and referencing style.

ETEJ utilizes the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS systems to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.
