Author ID Biography: Sardar is a Ph.D. holder in the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Architecture at the Eastern Mediterranean University in North Cyprus. He completed his BSc. In architecture engineering in 2005 at the University of Sulaimani, Iraq. He studied MSc. in interior architecture at the Eastern Mediterranean University and is now a lecturer at Tishk International University-Sulaimani. Sardar has several publications focused on innovative methods and pedagogies applied in architectural education and teaching/learning technical courses, designing interior spaces for autistic children, and semiotics in architecture.

Biography: Dr. Salihi is a prolific author with numerous publications in high-ranked scientific journals, focusing on the molecular mechanisms of cancer, particularly angiogenesis. He is renowned for his groundbreaking research and has made significant contributions to the field of cancer biology.Upon completing my PhD in 2012, I supervised the research of two MSc and two PhD students, who focused on the molecular detection and treatment of cancer in Kurdistan. Following this, I established Kurdocan, which stands as the first cancer research group in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRI), comprising researchers from various institutes, universities, and hospitals in KRI. The mission of KurdoCan is to spearhead research into the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer in general. Our team of researchers conducts their studies in a range of institutes, universities, and hospitals across the KRI. Our research is of high quality and will be published in reputable national and international journals.

Biography: Dr Zairi Ismael Rizman is a senior lecturer from School of Electrical Engineering, College of Engineering, Universiti Teknologi MARA. He received his PhD degree in Photonic Electrical Engineering from Universiti Malaya & Master of Science in Microelectronics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. His research interests are Antenna & Microwave, Nano & Microelectronics, Communication & Computer Engineering, Fiber Laser, Photonic & Optic, Material Science, etc. He is a member of many international professional memberships as well as fellow in IOASD & SAS Society. He has published many international refereed journal papers and conference proceedings. He also serves as reviewer for severals journals including research volunteer member and best paper award committee with many WoS/Scopus/IEEE technical programme committee conferences including chair session. Zairi Ismael Rizman is a member of various editorial board member journal namely chief editor, managing editor, editorial board, advisory board, editor, assistant editor and guest editor. Biography: Christiane M. Herr is Professor and PhD supervisor as well as responsible person for education and Director of the BEng Industrial Design program at the School of Design, Southern University of Science and Technology. With a background in architecture and engineering, Christiane focuses on the areas of cross-disciplinary ecological design, structural design and digitally supported design. Christiane obtained a Dipl.-Ing. degree from the University of Kassel, and her MArch and Ph.D. degrees from The University of Hong Kong. Before joining SUSTech, she held positions as Associate Professor at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University and Shenzhen University and as Visiting Assistant Professor at National Cheng Kung University. In her recent work, Christiane has focused on structural and material aspects in cross-disciplinary collaborative design processes involving scientists, engineers and designers, with special emphasis on the local context of China. Christiane is Past President of the Association for Computer-Aided Architectural Design Research in Asia (CAADRIA) and co-chair of the Board of the CAADFutures Foundation. She is a member of the editorial boards of the Journal of Architectural Computing (IJAC), the journal Architectural Intelligence and the journal Sustainable Horizons. Herr has authored over 90 peer reviewed academic publications and has recently co-edited the book “Design Cybernetics: Navigating the New”, published in the Springer Design Research Foundations Series.

Biography: Dr. Nabi earned my Ph.D. in machine learning from Sulaimani Polytechnic University. Additionally, he completed an M.Sc. in Advanced Computer Science at Newcastle University in the United Kingdom in 2012.
Previously, he served as the Head of the IT Department at the Computer Science Institute, Sulaimani Polytechnic University, from 2014 to 2016. Furthermore, he played a key role as a founding member of the Technical College of Informatics at Sulaimani Polytechnic University. He has been actively involved in various committees and held several responsibilities.
Moreover, he founded the Kurdistan Technical Institute-Sulaimani in 2015, a private two-year technical institute under the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Additionally, he is a co-founder of Qaiwan International University - UTM & UiTM Franchise, the first and only franchise university in Iraq.
Recently, he has co-founded Raparin technical and vocational institute in Raparin District set to launch in the academic year of 2023-2024.
His research interests primarily revolve around Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning, Cyber Security, and E-government.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wrya Abdullah

Biography: Wrya Abdullah is an associate professor at the University of Sulaimania. He holds a BSc in Building and Construction Engineering and an MSc in Earthquake and Dynamic Engineering. He has a Ph.D. degree in Structural Engineering. He has taught different courses throughout his academic career including Mathematics, Computer Programming, Building Construction and Surveying in the Civil Engineering Department in the University of Sulaimani. He is knowledgeable in structural dynamics, dynamic analysis of the structures, structural analysis in general, reinforced concrete building analysis and design, seismic analysis and design of reinforced concrete frame buildings. When it comes to practical works, he has worked in some of the biggest projects in Sulaimani from 2010- 2013. Supervising of the complementary work for Andaziaran and Baranan quarter in Sulaimani was one of his works. Besides, he has worked as a designer for main roads and a few highways in Rania and Chamchamal, Darbandikhan, and Sulaimani. Recently, he has started researching and working on the sustainability of the materials. He has published more than 20 papers in different journals. He has reviewed more than 60 papers for different international and global journals. He is currently working on revising the ACI318 code by carrying out research at the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Biography: Dr. Tanweer Ali (Senior Member, IEEE) is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal. He is an active researcher in the field of microstrip antennas, wireless communication, and microwave imaging. He has been listed in the top 2% scientists across the world for the years 2021 and 2022 by the prestigious list published by Stanford University, USA, indexed by Scopus. He has fourteen Indian patents, of which three have been granted and 11 have been published. Biography: Prof Dr Azeez Abdullah Barzinjy: was born in Erbil-Iraq. He received his BSc. (Physics) and his 1st M.Sc. (Superconducting transmission line) from the University of Salahaddin-Erbil in 1998 and 2004, respectively. He did another M.Sc. (Theoretical Physics) in 2009 at Old Dominion University in USA. He completed his PhD (Materials Science) at the Materials Science centre, University of Leicester/UK in 2014. He is currently full Professor at Scientific Research Centre in Soran University in Iraq. He participated in many international and local conferences as a keynote speaker and he published more than 120 highly impact scientific articles. He has more than 2000 citations. His current research interests include Green Synthesis of Nanoparticles, metal electroplating from novel ionic liquids and investigating their properties, solar selective coating, surface plasmon resonance and nanotechnology. He is currently supervising several master and PhD students in different universities. Recently Stanford University listed his name among 2% of the world scientists in the Materials Science Field. He organized several International Nanotechnology Workshop (INW) from 2017-2022 with his colleague at Tishk International University. Erbil, Iraq.

Biography:
Diyari A. Hassan received his B.Eng. degree in Communication Engineering from Sulaimani Polytechnic University, Iraq, in 2011, and his Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering from the European University of Lefke (EUL), North Cyprus, in 2019. From 2014 to 2018, he served as a research assistant at EUL within the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department. Currently, he is a Senior Lecturer and the Head of the Biomedical Engineering Department at Qaiwan International University-UTM Franchise, located in Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region, Iraq.
Dr. Hassan's research interests are diverse and interdisciplinary, focusing on adaptive signal processing for wireless communications, developing algorithms for polynomial matrix computations, and utilizing artificial intelligence to solve complex mathematical problems. His work aims to advance the field of electronic communication engineering through innovative approaches and practical solutions.

Biography:
Nasreen Kauser is an Associate Professor at Yildiz Technical University in Turkey. Her research interests include fuzzy mathematics, numerical analysis, differential equations, multiobjective optimization, intuitionistic fuzzy set theory, multi-criteria decision-making problems, neutrosophic theory, commutative algebra, fuzzy group theory, fuzzy ring theory, numerical solutions of ordinary differential equations (ODEs), partial differential equations (PDEs), associative and commutative fuzzy algebraic structures and their applications, fuzzy set theory, fuzzy logic, decision support, fuzzy mathematical models, performance management, open innovation, entrepreneurship, and organizational behavior.
She has published 170 articles to date, with many others currently under review. Over 100 of her publications are in SCI journals, and she has also published and accepted several book chapters, with additional proposals under review. In addition to her research, she serves as an Associate Managing Editor for journals indexed in SCI, ESCI, and Scopus (Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4). She has 12 years of teaching experience.
